All inspectors are required to have 32 hours of continuing education each year.
At Bogan Home Inspection, LLC we only inspect 2 homes per day.- Allows for more personal attention for each client.

- Reports:
- Follow TREC 7A-1 form which is the only form allowed by the Texas Real Estate Commission for home Inspections.
- All reports are typed on site (if the home is vacant).
- All reports include pictures.
- All reports are emailed the day of the inspection.
- Inspectors are available for questions after the inspection is completed as long as the client needs them. Even if this means months after the inspection.
- We guarantee that we will not miss/exclude any item in need of repair or cause any damage to the home that will cost more to repair than the price of the inspection. If we do, you get your money back.
